Professional support for amateur athletes. Train Smarter, Get Stronger.
Ewan Mackie
Ewan Mackie is a rising British elite road racer currently competing with The Leadout Academy in Belgium while also managing his own team. In 2025, he has raced a demanding calendar of UCI and national-level events across Europe. Alongside his racing, Ewan brings over two years of coaching experience, having successfully guided athletes aged 16 to 50 to podium finishes at national-level competitions.
His coaching blends technical development, race awareness, and performance-focused training with a personable approach that resonates with athletes serious about improving. While he has also worked with juniors making the step into national racing, his experience extends across all levels — from ambitious amateurs to racers aiming for the podium. Having lived the demands of racing himself, he understands the realities of building fitness under life stresses and helps athletes train with clarity, intent, and purpose. He also holds NSPCC and DBS certification for working with under-18 riders.
